Malabar Mangoes & Jackfruit

May is peak season for North Kerala mangoes (Naattu Maanga, Kilichundan) and jackfruit. Any roadside stall in Kannur, Thalassery or Payyanur will have fresh fruit at unbeatable prices.

🏖️ Drive-In Beach Season

Last chance before the monsoon

Muzhappilangad Drive-in Beach is at its best now — firm sand, calm sea. From June onwards the monsoon makes driving on the beach unsafe and the strip is usually closed to vehicles.
